The right to participate in the official program of INFOFEST is granted to the companies that express interest and get confirmation of professional Festival bodies. COMPANY (INSTITUTIONAL) PARTICIPATION

  1. Participating status (Company registration)is mandatory for all participating Companies, no matter on form of participation. Available status options are:

a)Basic status (mark: KR) – basic status level:

  • company recording in the Catalogue register of participants;
  • editorial description of the Company in the INFOFEST Catalogue;
  • company’s logo exposure within the graphical design of the Festival and video materials;
  • mentioning of the Company during announcement campaign, in printed materials and website;
  • personal registration fee for one Company representative.

b)Exclusive status (mark: ES) – Company registration with emphasized exposure status. It includes rights from basic status with extended editorial description in Catalogue, highlighted mentioning of Company and separated graphic mark-up. Exclusive status additionally provides:

  • free color page advertisement in the Festival’s Catalogue;
  • accommodation and registration fee for one person in single use room of hotel »Avala Resort & Villas”(bed & breakfast) in period 30th September-06th October 2018.
  1. Company performance options

 a)Exhibition form – stand/booth on INFOFEST exhibition in options that are shown at Festival`s web site infofest.com (INFOFEST exhibition – visualization) as follows:

  • VP  app 12-15 square meters in a prominent position, with work and reception desk, holder for prospect material, wall surfaces for graphics applications, sitting arrangement and power connection.
  • SP – (app 6-10 square meters), with work and reception desk, wall surfaces for graphics applications, sitting arrangement and power connection.
  • IP – (3 x 1,5m), with flat wall surface for graphic applications, info desk and powerconnection.
  • GP – (1,8 x 2,4 m), with externally illuminated graphic curved wall and reception desk.
  • GB – graphic panel (dimensions 1.2 x 2,4 m).

b)Presentation performance – program slot of 30 minutes with provision of presentation equipment and sound system, held at:

  • Congress hall of hotel “Avala”, with max. 211 seats (mark: KON);
  • “Glass hall” of hotel “Avala”, with max. 135 seats (mark: STK);
  1. Promotional options

 a)Sponsorships (Pxx):

  • “Evening with friends” and Award ceremony (POZ);
  • One official program sessions of INFOFEST (round table, panel, forum “Pulse” (PNP);
  • Activity »Students at INFOFEST« (PSI);

b)Advertisement and other options:

  • Color advertisement in the Catalogue with circulation of 2,000 copies (mark: OUS);
  • INFOFEST site banner (BIS);
  • Inclusion of promotional material into the INFOFEST registration kit (FUM);
  • Printing of logo on the registration box-folder, together with logos of other participating companies (FLO);
  • Branding of strips for identification badges (BRD)
  • Exclusive printing of the Company’s logo on the registration box-folder (FLE);
  • Broadcasting of video material on INFOFEST plasma TV system (EVM).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION OF INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION

  1. Registration fee – participation without accomodation

For participants that organize their accommodation independetly from Organizer, registration fees are:

Registration fee includes registration with ID card, registration folder with Catalogue and other materials and right to participate in official and optional (animated) programs.

Hotel accommodation prices are valid for one person, for single basic service (bed and breakfast, residence tax and insurance).

Up to three nights, appropriate registration fee is SAP (85,00 EUR), for longer staying it is SAC (110,00 EUR).

c) Supplement for sea-view (only for Avala Resort&Villas) is charged 15 EUR per day/room (mark SV).

d) Price of air transportation service Belgrade – Tivat – Belgrade is available upon request.

e) Individual transfer (up to two persons) from airport Tivat to the hotel is charged 23,00 EUR (one direction).

f) Application, the last page of document, has to be sent to e-mail (infofest@infofest.com).

 

After receiving the Application, the Organizer will submit the payment instruction in favour of Organizer’s financial operator (BTA Agency).

Booked accommodation made by the application will be valid up to the payment term stipulated within the payment instruction. Absence of payment automatically cancels the reservation, and therefore it should be renewed.

Registration will be done at INFOFEST Welcome desk (hotel “Avala&Villas”).

g) The deadline for submission of the applications and payment is 26.09.2018.

h) Payments are irrevocable, with possibility for potential changes of the names of participants.
