On Monday, the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro, with the presentation “National Interoperability Framework (NOI) for Electronic Exchange of Information between Public Authorities”, presented the concept of mutual “understanding” of entities on the eGovernment network of Montenegro.

It is clear that interoperability is not only a matter of connectivity standards but also a prerequisite for realizing the open data concept.
