INFOFEST 2019 kicks off with the grand opening ceremony on the main plateau of the Avale Hotel. The Minister of Public Administration of Montenegro Suzana Pribilovic, President of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services Branko Kovijanić and Prof. Jelica Protic, President of the Program Board of Infofest, addressed the audience with the appropriate artistic program.
