Jubilee Infofest will open Branimir Gvozdenovic, vice-president of the Parliament of Montenegro, at a ceremonial ceremony on September 30th.

Mr. Gvozdenovic belongs to the beginners of information development in Montenegro and is one of the creators of the Informational Achievement Festival.
