This year, Infofest will be opened with a ceremony in front of the Avala Hotel, with a handy program and cocktail. The opening will be attended by distinguished representatives of the state of Montenegro, Budva as the host city, diplomatic corps, important institutions and, of course, all registered participants of Infofest.

The opening is scheduled for September 29th at 8:30 pm, and the sponsors of the ceremony are the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
