The hackathon, as a specific IT competition, is the first time in the Infofest program. It is organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro with the assistance of the Ministry of Public Administration. Six teams will be selected based on the invitation of the organizer.

The hackathon is part of the “odeon” project under the “Mediterranean” program, which aims to create a new model of governance based on the use of open data, in line with the Digital Single Market Strategy.
