All participants of the panel “E-Democracy – Myth or Reality?” Organized by the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro agree that this was one of the most interesting discussion sessions at this year’s Infofest.

The conclusion is unambiguous – digital tools can greatly assist in the application of democratic principles, provided that a legal framework for establishing dialogue or interaction between citizens, the non-governmental sector and public administration is defined.
