COMPANY (INSTITUTIONAL) PARTICIPATION
Participating status (Company registration) is mandatory for all participating Companies, no matter on form of participation. Two status options are available:
Basic status (mark: KR) – basic status level:
- company recording in the Catalog register of participants;
- editorial description of the Company in the INFOFEST Catalog;
- company’s logo exposure within the graphical design of the Festival and video materials;
- mentioning of the Company during announcement campaign, printed materials and website;
- personal registration fee for one Company representative.
Exclusive status (mark: ES) – Company registration with emphasized exposure status. It includes rights from basic status with extended editorial description in Catalog, highlighted mentioning of Company and separated graphic mark-up. Exclusive status additionally provides:
- free color page advertisement in the Festival’s Catalog;
- accommodation and registration fee for one person in 1/1 room of hotel “Avala&Villas” in period 24.09.-30.09.2016.
COMPANY PERFORMANCE OPTIONS
Exhibition form – stand/point on INFOFEST exhibition with Company name in options that are shown at Festival`s web site infofest.com (INFOFEST exhibition – visualization) as follows:
- VP – app 12-14 square meters in a prominent position, with work and reception desk, mount for prospect material, wall surfaces for graphics applications, plasma screen, sitting arrangement and power
- SP – (6-10 m), with work and reception desk, wall surfaces for graphics applications, sitting arrangement and power connection.
- IP – (3 x 2,4 sq.m), with flat wall surface for graphic applications, info desk and power
- GP – (1 x 2 sq.m), with externally illuminated graphic curved wall dimensions 1.8 x 2.4 m and reception desk.
- GB – graphic panel with dimensions 1.2 x 1,8 m.
Presentation performance – program slot of 30 minutes with provision of presentation equipment and sound system, held at:
- Congress hall (2/3 of hall) of hotel “Avala & Villas”, with max. 180 seats(mark: KON);
- Glass hall (1/3 of hall) of hotel “Avala & Villas”, with app 85 seats(mark: PRE).
- “Evening with friends” and Award ceremony (POZ);
- One official program sessions of INFOFEST (round table, panel, forum “Pulse” (PNP);
- Activity »Students at INFOFEST« (PSI);
Advertisement and other options:
- Color advertisement in the Catalog with circulation of 2,000copies (mark: OUS);
- INFOFEST site banner (BIS);
- Inclusion of promotional material into the INFOFEST registration kit (FUM);
- Printing of logo on the registration box-folder, together with logos of other participating companies (FLO);
- Exclusive printing of the Company’s logo on the registration box-folder (FLE);
- Broadcasting of video material on INFOFEST plasma TV system (EVM).
