Thursday was marked by another quality presentation by representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro.

The presentation referred to the results of a survey on the level of use of e-services for citizens’ needs conducted by the Ministry in cooperation with UNDP. Namely, the development of e-government involves not only defining and creating e-services, but also basic research to identify the real needs of citizens and the economy.
